Responsible professional: Mr Luis Muñoz González, Technical Architect (qualification issued in Spain), member no. 3997 of the Official Association of Technical Architects of Málaga (COAAT Málaga). Applicable professional rules: Law 12/1986 on the professional competences of Technical Architects and Engineers, Law 38/1999 on Building Regulation (LOE), and the statutes and code of ethics of the professional association.

The texts, photographs, logos and other content on this site belong to Cotazero PM, S.L. or are used with the authorisation of their owners. Reproduction without express permission is prohibited.

Recipients
Data are not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The web hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and the service that forwards the contact form to our email (Web3Forms) act as data processors. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
